Stéphane Damiano is a highly respected figure in the world of golf, with a distinguished career built on his passion for the sport and profound expertise. Coming from a family of five internationally renowned golf professionals, he was immersed in the world of golf from a young age, shaping his deep understanding of the sport.

In 1990, Stéphane founded the Prime Golf Academy, a prestigious institution that has helped countless young golfers achieve their highest potential. His academy is renowned for its personalized coaching and an approach that focuses not only on developing technical skills but also on fostering mental resilience and strategic thinking.

Stéphane’s influence extends far beyond his academy. He has served as a regional and departmental coach for the French Golf Federation (FFGolf), responsible for identifying and training the best young talents in the region. As an expert in pedagogy, he has also been the President of the PGA PACA professional league and a member of the executive committee of PGA France, where he represented the organization within the PGA of Europe.

Through his work, Stéphane has earned international recognition within the golfing community, notably receiving the prestigious John Jacobs Teaching & Coaching Award. His dedication to the sport and his players has made him one of the most respected coaches in Europe and beyond.

Talent discovery.

He played a key role in the development of many high-level players, including Victor Dubuisson, who became the most successful French professional golfer in history. Stéphane was Dubuisson’s first coach and supported him during his debut on the DP World Tour in 2011.
